Overview
Integrity Financial Services is looking for an organized, detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our growing team. This is a key role within our office, serving as the hub that keeps our daily operations running smoothly while supporting our financial planners and delivering an exceptional experience for our clients.

Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients by greeting visitors, answering a multi-line phone system, and creating a welcoming office environment.
- Manage advisor calendars, schedule client meetings, and coordinate day-to-day office operations.
- Maintain accurate client records by proofreading documents, organizing files, and entering data with exceptional attention to detail.
- Utilize our CRM, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Canva, and custodian platforms to prepare for client meetings, document interactions, and complete follow-up tasks.
- Prepare client paperwork and other supporting documents as needed.
- Coordinate quarterly client appreciation events using established workflows and processes.
- Help improve and maintain office procedures to keep operations efficient and consistent.
- Deliver an exceptional client experience through proactive communication and genuine hospitality.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in an administrative or office support role.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple projects and deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including professional phone etiquette.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word and Excel), Google Workspace, and the ability to quickly learn new software systems.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail when handling documents and client information.
- A self-starter who takes initiative, enjoys learning, and works well independently and as part of a team.
- Customer service or front desk experience is a plus.

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
