The Inventory Logistics Coordinator is scheduling pick-ups and updates inventory based on the customer’s needs. The Inventory Logistics Coordinator is the first point of contact for customer account service needs. Enter data & calculate freight rates for each pickup update inventory level daily.Integrity Fiber's mission is to be trustworthy, passionate, dependable and a sustainable partner to our communities, team members, and customers.ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS FOR THIS POSITION:Responsible for entering grade info for inventory items at the warehouse.Manage & schedule account pick-ups. Provide quality service & support.Maintain inventory within warehouse.Pull roll weight tickets.Promptly answer vendor telephone calls and respond to emails. Fast pace environment / critical thinkingTakes initiative while including senior level in part of the problem solving.Assists with customer service issues and provides data to Senior Manager of Customer Service.Regular and predictable attendance.OTHER SIGNIFICANT JOB FUNCTIONS INCLUDE:Reliable and ability to prioritize tasks / excellent multi-tasking and strong organization skillsComply with all company policies and procedures and all applicable laws and regulations.Additional duties as assigned.REQUIRED EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE:HS Education 2 years of experience in customer service, inventory management or logisticsPreferred Education/Experience:3 Years of experience in the logistics industryRequired Skills (Technical, Clerical, Language, Etc.)This position has no supervisory responsibilities. They will direct drivers daily on schedulesProficient in Microsoft office and other accounting system programs;Ability to type at reasonable speed; 10-key by touch.Excellent communication skills both verbally and written.Basic math functions (add, subtract, divide) Ability to turn lbs. into tons and calculate per ton costs.Detail oriented demonstrating high degree of accuracy. Ability to multitask and meet deadlinesAbility to work independently with minimal or without supervision.Physical DemandsAbility to work in a face paced environment with deadlines.Ability to sit.Work EnvironmentThis job operates in a professional office environment.
