This role includes visiting job sites, supporting crews, coordinating with the office, and making sure homeowners feel confident and cared for throughout the process.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit job sites to ensure roofing installations meet company quality standards
- Communicate project progress and completion updates with the office
- Coordinate with crews and deliver additional materials when needed
- Serve as the connection between field crews, customers, and office staff
- Conduct final walkthroughs with homeowners to ensure satisfaction
- Request customer reviews upon project completion
- Identify and resolve job-site issues quickly to keep projects on schedule
- Make occasional Saturday job site visits when needed
- Assist the office with collecting payments once projects are completed
