Integrity Drywall USA is a family-owned business based in Ormond Beach, FL, proudly serving the state for over 50 years. With jobsites across Florida, we are seeking to immediately hire a General Laborer for a project in Panama City Beach.
Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dependable General Laborer to join our dynamic team in Panama City Beach, FL. A variety of hands-on tasks including but not limited to; actively organizing, loading and transporting miscellaneous materials on the job site, miscellaneous general clean up duties and work duties assigned by the Construction Manager. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals eager to develop their skills in a fast-paced, safety-conscious setting while ensuring quality standards are met every day.
Responsibilities
- Operate basic tools and machinery following safety protocols and manufacturer instructions
- Use personal protective equipment (PPE) properly at all times to safeguard yourself and others
- Lift, carry, and position heavy materials or products safely, adhering to proper lifting techniques; Must be able to lift 75lbs
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work environment to promote safety and efficiency
- Support Construction Managers with various tasks as needed to meet production goals
Requirements
- Ability to perform heavy lifting consistently throughout the shift; 75lbs
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Must speak English (Spanish bilingual is a plus)
- Understanding of safety standards in production environments and the importance of PPE use
- Prior experience in construction is a plus but not required; training will be provided
- Prior experience using hand or power tools is a plus
- Prior experience in framing or drywall specifically is a plus
- Strong work ethic with reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and work effectively as part of a team
- Must be be able to pass an MVR history check with no at fault accidents or suspended license within the last 24 months.
- Ability to work Monday-Friday, 40 hours a week
