Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Social Media Content Creator based in Sycamore, IL. The Social Media Content Creator will be responsible for managing and developing engaging content across various social media platforms. Day-to-day tasks will include creating and scheduling posts, developing social media campaigns, monitoring and responding to audience interactions, analyzing performance metrics, and staying informed on current social media trends. The role involves collaboration with the marketing team to align content strategies and promote brand messaging.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn
- Skills in content creation, writing, photography, and basic video editing
- Knowledge of social media strategy, engagement tactics, and analytics tools
- Ability to plan, schedule, and manage social media content effectively
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for community engagement
- Proficiency in graphic design tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
- Creativity, attention to detail, and a self-motivated approach to work
