Duties
- Operate professional carpet cleaning equipment to remove stains, dirt, and allergens from various types of carpets and rugs.
- Use environmentally friendly cleaning products and techniques to promote sustainable practices while ensuring effective results.
- Inspect assigned areas to identify specific cleaning needs and develop tailored cleaning plans.
- Maintain detailed records of services performed, including work logs and safety checklists.
- Assist with routine maintenance of cleaning equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with team members to complete large-scale cleaning projects efficiently and effectively.
Requirements
- Proven experience in carpet cleaning
- Familiarity with carpet cleaning methods including hot water extraction, steam cleaning, or encapsulation techniques.
- Ability to operate various cleaning machinery safely and effectively.
- Strong attention to detail with an active approach to completing tasks thoroughly.
- Good physical stamina to stand, bend, lift heavy equipment or supplies, and perform repetitive motions throughout the day.
- Excellent communication skills for coordinating with team members and understanding client needs.
- Owning truck mount equipment is a plus but not required.
