Must have your own reliable vehicle (4-door car or SUV works — no special equipment needed)
LocalPro Carpet Cleaning is growing and we need motivated people to join our team! This is a sales service role where your appointments are already booked for you. No cold calling. No door-to-door. Just show up, take care of the customer, and get paid well for it.
Zero experience required — we provide full training!
Your Day-to-Day
- Drive to pre-booked customer appointments
- Clean carpets and upholstery inside customers' homes (comfortable indoor work)
- Upsell additional cleaning services and deliver a great customer experience
- Be the face of LocalPro — friendly, professional, and dependable

- Can lift about 75 lbs (that's the cleaning equipment)
- Available Monday through Saturday, 8am to 5pm
The Pay
- Guaranteed weekly pay, commission and tips
- Your hourly rate adjusts based on your upselling and customer reviews — top performers earn 15-20% of their weekly revenue in commission
- $0.62/mile vehicle reimbursement on top of your pay
- Paid every week — no waiting around for payday
- Sundays always off
