Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Office & Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting our products and services to potential clients, focusing on lead generation and building strong relationships within our customers. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service & sales skills, be very computer literate and have experience in sales & marketing.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities, but not limited to:
- General office support
- Returning and answering calls & returning emails in a timely manner
- Online sales & marketing via Social Media
- Create Social Media content
- Represents the company’s various product lines and services to new prospects at the store location and by other means or sales funnels
- Acts as liaison between customer and company regarding pricing, products, delivery information, payments, service, and inquiries of any kind
- Quotes and prepares sales contracts for orders obtained
- Maintain current product knowledge at all times
- Maintaining a clean and inviting office at all times
Requirements
- Computer literacy is a must
- Self motivated is a must
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Integrity
