Hiring Part-Time Caregivers. No minimum hours and flexible schedules.
We’re looking for compassionate, service-oriented people to help care for seniors in their homes. If you want additional income or flexible hours to fit into your busy life, we’ll help build a schedule that works for you. You’ll also receive free training and opportunities for bonuses and pay raises as you gain experience.
As a Caregiver with Integrity at Home your responsibilities may include:
- Ability to follow a pre-determined care plan, unique to each client.
- Assist clients with mobility and transfers.
- Prepare and serve meals.
- Provide companionship and encourage daily activity to promote physical and emotional well-being.
- Help clients with their activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, toileting, and grooming.
- Help maintain a safe and clean environment through light housekeeping, grocery shopping, and laundry.
Requirements
- Age 18
- High School diploma or GED.
- All caregivers are required to complete a background check, reference check, and TB test prior to working with clients. We will assist you with completing these during the on-boarding process.
- Exhibit competency in skills and knowledge related to direct care. This may be satisfied by previous experience or a training program we will provide at no cost.
Salary : $15 - $17
