Responsibilities:
As a caregiver you’ll play a crucial role in enhancing the lives of our clients by assisting them with daily living activities while helping them remain as independent as possible. Working closely with our team and a unique client centered care-plan, your responsibilities may include:
- Assisting with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Prepare and serve meals and assist with feeding when necessary.
- Assist clients with mobility and transfers.
- Provide companionship and encourage daily activities to promote physical and emotional well-being.
- Help maintain a safe and clean environment by performing light housekeeping when necessary.
Requirements:
- Age 18
- High School diploma or GED.
- All caregivers are required to complete a background check, reference check, and TB test prior to working with clients. We will assist you with completing these during the on-boarding process.
- Exhibit competency in skills and knowledge related to direct care. This may be satisfied by previous experience or a training program we will provide you with.
