Responsibilities:
As a Caregiver, you’ll play a crucial role in enhancing the lives of our clients by assisting them with daily living activities while helping them remain as independent as possible. Working closely with our team and a unique client-centered care plan, your responsibilities may include:
- Promote the Independent Living Philosophy while caring for clients in their own home. Our goal is to provide our clients with a level of care that helps them remain independent while staying safe and getting the extra help that they need.
- Follow a pre-determined care plan that is unique to each client, ensuring each client receives the support they need.
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADL’s) such as bathing, toileting, grooming, and dressing.
- Provide thoughtful support for the client’s emotional and social needs while providing a calming presence for the client to feel secure.
- Help maintain the client’s household through light housekeeping, laundry, errands, and meal preparation.

Requirements:
- Age 18
- High School diploma or GED.
- All caregivers are required to complete a background check, reference check, and TB test prior to working with clients. We will assist you with completing these during the on-boarding process.
- Exhibit competency in skills and knowledge related to direct care. This may be satisfied by previous experience or a training program we will provide at no cost.
