Administrative Front Office Coordinator

You’ll join a team embedded in the community, providing services in:

  • Boone County schools
  • Witham Pediatrics
  • Witham Pain Management
  • Witham Family Medicine - Thorntown
  • Witham Physician Specialty Center - Crawfordsville
  • Sylvia’s Child Advocacy Center
  • Boone County Jail
  • And multiple office locations in Lebanon, Zionsville, Crawfordsville, Thorntown, and Frankfort


We’re currently seeking a Administrative Front Office Coordinator to join our Lebanon office.

We are looking for a friendly, dependable, reliable, self-motivated person who can multitask and provide a positive experience for our clients as you assist them in checking in and completing their registration.

This is a full-time position 40 hours per week.


Work hours are:

Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.


ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

  • Maintain good working relationships with each member of the admin team.
  • Greet and check in clients for their appointments
  • Collect payment from clients at the time of service and post payment.
  • Schedule clients for follow-up visits
  • Verify insurance benefits accurately and verbally explain those benefits to the client.
  • Scanning
  • Insurance denial follow-up
  • Assists with special projects; audits, reporting, research, etc.
  • Maintains departmental and/or individual work queues and reports as required.
  • Documents patient account notes for all interactions/transactions.
  • Maintains productivity and quality standards set forth by the department.


JOB REQUIREMENTS, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED:

  • High School Diploma required
  • Experience with Microsoft Office or Google Platform
  • Excellent written and verbal communications

  • Medical office experience helpful but not required
