Job Opening: Sterilization Technician.Full-Time, Monday–Friday.Integrative Dental Solutions is a patient-focused, modern dental practice looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Sterilization Technician to join our team. If you take pride in keeping a clean, organized clinical environment and enjoy supporting a surgical/dental team, we’d love to meet you!Schedule (Monday–Friday):Monday: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM.Tuesday–Thursday: 7:30 AM – 3:00 PM.Friday: 7:30 AM – 2:00 PM.Pay Range: $15–$21/hour, based on experience.Key Responsibilities:As our Sterilization Technician, you will play an essential role in supporting the clinical and surgical team by ensuring instruments and rooms are prepared, sterile, and organized.Duties include:Sterilizing dental and surgical instruments according to OSHA and infection control standards.Managing instrument flow: cleaning, packaging, autoclaving, and storing.Setting up and breaking down surgical operatories/rooms.Supporting 3D printing workflow (training provided if needed).Maintaining a clean, safe, and orderly office and clinical space.Tracking supplies and assisting with restocking as needed.Following protocols for infection control, safety, and documentation.What We’re Looking For:Reliable, punctual, and organized.Strong attention to detail and ability to follow protocols.Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced clinical environment.Team-oriented attitude with a willingness to help where needed.Preferred (but not required):Experience as a sterilization technician or dental assistant.Familiarity with sterilization equipment (autoclaves, ultrasonic cleaners, instrument cassettes).Experience with dental/surgical room turnover.Experience with 3D printing is a plus (but training is available).Why Join Integrative Dental Solutions?:Supportive and respectful team culture.Modern dental environment with advanced technology.Consistent weekday schedule (no weekends).Opportunity to learn and grow, including 3D printing support.
