This Dental Sterilization Technician are responsible for keeping the dental instruments and operatories clean, sanitized, organized and ready for use throughout the working day. As well as setting up/breaking down and sterilization of the exam rooms and surgical rooms and overall cleanliness of the office. We'd love to show you why our teams love working here!This Dental Sterilization Technician comes with a starting range of $20- $25 per hour and opportunity would include eligibility for our full range of benefits and perks that include health, dental, and vision, parental leave, employer contributions to 401K and PTO, holiday pay, and more!Responsibilities: Ensuring instruments are sterilized in OSHA standardsMaintain a clean work areaSetting up and breaking down of operatories Follows Exposure Control procedures/blood borne and Airborne PathogensMaintain and assist with compliance logs Restocks and maintains inventory in the operationsSustain office cleanliness throughout the day Seats and dismissing of patients - but does not assist with proceduresReceive and unpack deliveriesPuts away supplies that is delivered daily with lead direction Acquire proficiency in setting up surgical equipment Report to the GM any ongoing issuesQualities and Characteristics: Proficient in time management BLS certification approved by the American Heart Association or the American Red CrossDisplay excellent communication skills Thrive in a fast-paced environment Demonstrate both independent and team oriented work abilities Exhibit exceptional organizational skillsRequirements: Acquire and maintain all of the knowledge necessary to be a Nuvia Sterilization Technician Work M-F 35-40 hours a weekBe on time and ready to work Have a positive attitude, professional, and supportive spirit Have a high social IQ to manage daily responsibilities Be an optimum time-manager when approaching the daily duties Be a team player and always willing to offer a helping hand Must have open communication and be willing to accept coaching and redirecting High level of confidence in yourself and our products Ability to build strong relationships with team membersMaintain a clean and professional appearance, including wearing clean scrubs daily
