Key Responsibilities
- Manage patient scheduling and optimize patient flow
- Verify insurance eligibility and coordinate benefits
- Communicate with insurance companies regarding claim status
- Calculate codes, copayments, deductibles, and patient balances
- Process patient billing and account management
- Collect patient payments accurately and efficiently
- Collaborate with dental providers and lab technicians to coordinate treatment plans
- Maintain organized patient records and daily office operations
- Assist chairside when needed (bonus)
- Use EagleSoft dental software to manage schedules, records, and billing
