We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Wiring Assembler to support the production of high-quality wire harnesses and electrical assemblies. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with hands-on assembly experience who thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Hands-On Assembly: Construct wire harnesses and electrical assemblies by connecting wires to components, plugs, and terminal strips.
- Technical Interpretation: Read and interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical documents accurately.
- Material Handling: Select wires based on color, markings, and specified lengths.
- Tool Operation: Use crimping tools and other equipment to secure wire connections.
- Organization & Finishing: Wrap, tie, bundle, and label wires to meet high-quality assembly standards.
- Quality Assurance: Perform continuity testing and remove or replace defective parts when necessary.
- Equipment Care: Maintain tools and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
What We’re Looking For:
- Prior wiring or assembly experience.
- Ability to read tape measures and work confidently with basic tools.
- Strong understanding of wiring diagrams and electrical component layouts.
- Attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work productively in a structured production environment.
