This role will be full on-site 10 hours 4 times a week. Candidates will be working either morning, swing, or overnight shift.

A leading global media and entertainment organization is seeking a Quality Control Master Control Operator to support its Network Operations Center. The company creates and distributes premium content across television, streaming, and digital platforms and is committed to operational excellence and delivering high-quality viewer experiences.
Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Support the on-air operations team during a major systems migration in 2026.
- Perform programming quality control, commercial rehearsals, event preparation, shadow on-air programming, monitor live feeds, and provide break coverage for other operators.
- Maintain and adjust on-air playlists, execute program/commercial/marketing changes, and support live-event and contingency workflows using broadcast automation systems (e.g., Morpheus, Amagi, or similar platforms).
- Ensure seamless commercial integration during taped and live programming.
- Monitor and maintain 150 channel streams, ensuring continuous availability and identifying inconsistencies with strong attention to detail.
- Confirm readiness of all programming and commercial materials prior to on-air playout.
- Act as a final checkpoint for on-air accuracy, responding quickly and effectively to discrepancies.
- Monitor audio, video, captioning, and overall picture quality to protect the viewer experience.
- Collaborate with Operations Supervisors and team members to resolve on-air issues efficiently.
- Communicate clearly with production teams to implement automation playlist updates.
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support Network Operations Center success.
Basic Qualifications:
- High School Diploma with relevant certification, or Associate’s Degree in Media, Communications, or related field; equivalent professional broadcast, digital, or post-production experience will be considered.
- Understanding of television production, broadcast operations, and/or news, sports, or entertainment technical production workflows.
Additional Requirements:
- Must be willing to work onsite in Centennial, CO (fully onsite role).
- Must have unrestricted authorization to work in the United States.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Must be available to work any shift, including overnights, weekends, and holidays, in a 24/7/365 operational environment.
- Must be comfortable viewing a wide range of programming content, including material that may be mature or repetitive in nature.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in master control, production control room, or broadcast operations is strongly preferred but not required.
- Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions in high-pressure situations.
- Adaptability to new workflows and software systems.
- Strong attention to detail with proactive problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask in a deadline-driven environment.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented mindset.
- Spanish proficiency is a plus.
