Job Title: Executive Driving Services / Executive Chauffeur
Duration: 12-month Contract
Location: New York City, NY
Schedule: Monday–Friday, approx. 10:00 AM–6:00 PM EST (evenings and day trips as needed)
Experience Required: 10 years of professional driving
Driver Requirements
- Provide professional driving services for a former Chairman in NYC and surrounding areas
- Maintain a professional appearance (dark suit, white shirt, tie) and comply with all driving laws
- No alcohol within 8 hours of duty; weapons prohibited
- Coordinate vehicle maintenance, inspections, and mileage documentation
- Maintain a valid driver’s license and submit annual driving records
- Complete annual physical and vision exams; hold First Aid & CPR certification
- Use company gas card exclusively for the assigned vehicle
- Possess a reliable mobile phone for communication
- Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
- Assist with supplementary duties to support the Chairman as needed
- Must reside within one hour of Midtown Manhattan
Client Obligations
- Provide and own the vehicle, including insurance, registration, maintenance, repairs, and tolls
- Provide a gas card for business use only
- Provide office access and administrative support as needed
