🚨 We're Hiring: UKG ProWFM Business Analyst (Remote)

We are looking for a seasoned UKG ProWFM Business Analyst with a strong background in Timekeeper, Accrual, and Activities modules, as well as deep experience in JIRA, workflow tools, and business analysis best practices.
✅ Key Requirements:
- 8 years of experience with UKG ProWFM systems (Timekeeper, Accrual, Activities)
- 5 years of experience with JIRA
- Certified Business Analyst (CBAP) and Scrum Master
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (SharePoint, Excel, Word, Visio, PowerPoint)
- Strong understanding of business processes, gap analysis, and RFP/tool selection
- Excellent documentation, presentation, and workshop facilitation skills
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience with compliance, workflow tools, and test planning
⭐ Desired Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or related field
- Experience with UKG tools, Telestaff, Workforce Central, etc.
- Familiarity with SAP, Maximo, and test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, QTP)
- Strong knowledge of requirements traceability, process mapping, and regression testing
- Ability to define and manage functional/technical requirements, acceptance criteria, and test case management in JIRA
