Pay Rate: $28.84/Hour on W2 (Without benefits)
Job Description:
Position Summary:
This position is responsible for ensuring that customers receive the highest level of service by effectively reviewing orders, committing to accurate shipment dates, and maintaining clear communication with internal teams and customers.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service & Order Review:
- Ensure customers receive the best possible service.
- Review order content and customer requirements to commit to realistic shipment dates.
- Use software tools to aid scheduling decisions while maintaining strong attention to detail and accurate data entry.
- Maintain accurate and complete documentation of all customer communications and actions taken.
Order Scheduling & Coordination:
- Schedule incoming orders, including new and change orders.
- Commit to scheduled ship dates that meet customer needs while balancing plant loading requirements.
Communication & Collaboration:
- Provide timely and accurate updates to project managers and sales representatives regarding order status.
- Attend production meetings to review and discuss current order status.
- Maintain and update the Customer Request (CR) system while ensuring timely feedback to project managers and customers.
Product Knowledge:
- Utilize a base knowledge of SE products and their applications to support effective decision-making and customer communication.
