Pay Rate: $23/hr on W2 (No Benefits / No PTO)

Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor loan pipelines to ensure critical documents are received on time for disbursement
• Communicate with local offices, notaries, and signing providers for document collection
• Conduct compliance reviews to verify documentation accuracy and completeness
• Resolve defects identified during compliance reviews
• Support operational processes and ensure error-free work delivery
• Handle original documents and maintain compliance procedures
