Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee information management using Microsoft Excel and email to support the export of sea containers.
- Perform SAP transactions to generate inventory and process shipments.
- Review, manage, and maintain shipping documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Distribute shipping documents to a broad distribution group in a timely manner.
- Organize load information and communicate shipment details to all relevant team members.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure efficient shipping and logistics operations.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs as required.
- Ability to stand and/or sit throughout the workday.
- Comfortable working in a warehouse environment.
- Willingness and ability to wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times while in designated work areas.
