Location: 1601 Northwestern Dr, El Paso, TX 79912

Duration: 3-12 Months (Possible Extension)

Schedule: 1st shift, Mon-Fri, 8 AM - 5 PM

Overview:

• Source and screen candidates for professional roles.
• Conduct phone interviews and collaborate with hiring managers to ensure a smooth recruitment process.
• Build a candidate pipeline through creative strategies, including cold calls.
• Track resumes and follow up with hiring managers and candidates.

Qualifications:

• Experience in recruiting professional roles.

• The interview process includes a TEAMS video interview, followed by an in-person interview if shortlisted.
