What are the responsibilities and job description for the File Clerk position at Integration International Inc.?
Key Responsibilities:
- Review, section, and prepare employee files for back scanning in line with company taxonomy and retention policies.
- Digitize physical records using company scanning devices and store them within electronic data management systems.
- Review and manually upload any OCR-rejected or incomplete digital files.
- Perform audits to ensure file accuracy, security, and proper indexing.
- Track and report project progress, providing analytics and timelines.
- Verify completeness and accuracy of digitized employee records.
- Maintain confidentiality and data integrity at all times.
- Collaborate with HR, Legal, and other stakeholders to ensure compliance with internal and legal standards.
- Support and train team members on records management best practices.
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Management, or related field preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in records management, back scanning, or similar roles.
- Experience managing confidential and sensitive information.
- Knowledge of records retention laws and compliance standards.
- Proficiency with records management software and scanning equipment.
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and time management skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
