Facilities Manager I
Location: Burbank, CA
Schedule: Fully Onsite (Monday–Friday)
Duration: 6-Month Contract
Pay Rate: $25 - $28/hour
Job Summary
Seeking a Facilities Manager to oversee daily maintenance operations across multiple facilities.
This role manages preventive maintenance, coordinates vendors and internal teams, supports facility projects and events, ensures safety compliance, and maintains efficient building operations in a fast-paced onsite environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily facilities maintenance operations.
- Coordinate preventive maintenance and repairs.
- Supervise maintenance staff and vendors.
- Support facility projects, activations, and special events.
- Manage maintenance budgets and work orders.
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
Required Qualifications
- 5 years managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- 3 years working with skilled trades.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Supervisory experience managing maintenance teams or vendors.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with guest-facing facilities or entertainment venues.
- Familiarity with work order and preventive maintenance systems.
Technical Skills
- Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and life safety systems.
- Experience with CMMS/work order systems (Planon or similar).
- Microsoft 365 proficiency.
