Job Summary

Required Qualifications:
- 5 years of Executive Assistant or administrative experience
- Strong experience managing executive calendars
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
- Excellent communication and multitasking abilities
- Experience handling confidential information professionally
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Experience in higher education or professional services environments
- Familiarity with SharePoint and donor/CRM systems
