Title: Employee Relations Investigator (Workplace Investigations)
Duration: 2 months with possible extension
Pay Rate: $45-50/hr on W2
Location: Burbank, CA - Hybrid
We’re seeking an experienced ER professional to handle workplace investigations in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead investigations (harassment, discrimination, misconduct)
• Conduct interviews & document findings
• Recommend disciplinary actions (up to termination)
• Partner with Legal, HR, and Labor Relations
• Handle union grievances and sensitive cases
Requirements
• 3 years in Employee Relations / HR Investigations
• Strong knowledge of employment laws (ADA, EEOC, FLSA, NLRA)
• Experience in union/labor environments preferred
• Excellent communication & documentation skills
Salary : $45 - $50
