Job Title: DMPK Project Representative

About:
The Sr. Scientist will serve as a DMPK project representative, providing scientific leadership in small-molecule drug discovery. The role involves developing and integrating DMPK strategies across multiple therapeutic areas, collaborating closely with pharmacology, medicinal chemistry, and global ADME experts. The scientist will design, lead, and interpret in vitro, in vivo, and in silico ADME/PKPD studies, including managing CRO partnerships and contributing to cross-functional project teams.
Key responsibilities include troubleshooting complex DMPK challenges, analyzing and integrating diverse datasets, ensuring documentation, contributing to publications, presenting at scientific meetings, and sharing expertise internally. The individual may guide other staff and will collaborate with internal and external partners across global R&D.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s with 18 years, Master’s with 12 years, or PhD with 6 years post-doctoral/industry experience.
- Strong expertise in ADME and experience in PK/PD modeling or biotransformation.
- Experience with outsourced or hybrid ADME models preferred.
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Salary : $115 - $140
