Job Summary:
A hands-on Claims Analyst responsible for investigating customer complaints, performing root-cause analysis, updating logistics dashboards, and ensuring timely claim resolution. The role requires strong Excel skills, analytical thinking, and the ability to work on the warehouse floor as well as in coordination with multiple teams. The analyst supports customer satisfaction initiatives, continuous improvement projects, and escalates unresolved issues to the appropriate entities. This role is fully on-site, Monday–Friday, with early shift hours and potential overtime.
What the Candidate Will Do
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints quickly and accurately.
- Perform root-cause analysis and support corrective/preventive actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (logistics, operations, CI engineers).
- Process claims using internal I2P tools.
- Maintain and update logistics dashboards.
- Share customer feedback with leadership and help improve customer satisfaction metrics.
Candidate Profile You Should Source
Ideal Experience
- 2–3 years in claims, quality, logistics, operations, or customer service (preferably in manufacturing, distribution, or warehouse environments).
- Candidates with office background industry exposure (manufacturing/warehouse/supply chain) are acceptable.
- Strong experience with Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis).
- Hands-on exposure—comfortable working on the floor, not just desk-based.
Must-Have Skills
- Strong root-cause analysis and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and close issues quickly.
- Excellent communication (verbal & written).
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
