What are the responsibilities and job description for the Buyer position at Integration International Inc.?
Responsibilities:
- Manage MRP exception messages (expedite, push-out, cancel, past due)
- Ensure material availability for production
- Coordinate with suppliers to manage purchase orders and shortages
- Update and maintain SAP purchase orders and planning parameters
- Handle production scheduling and daily production plans
- Monitor inventory levels and meet inventory targets
- Collaborate with MPS planners, schedulers, and upstream teams
- Analyze and resolve supply chain and material flow issues
Requirements (Must Have):
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or Business
- Experience with MRP, ERP/SAP systems
- Knowledge of production planning and inventory management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
Preferred:
- Experience working in manufacturing/supply chain environment
- SAP experience
- Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills
What Candidate Will Be Doing:
