Role Overview
We’re seeking an AI Implementation Specialist with hands-on experience in machine learning, AI call agents, automation workflows, and web integrations.
This is a high-impact role where you’ll work directly with the Founder & CEO to design, build, and launch AI systems for real-world clients across hospitality, logistics, automotive, and professional services.
The right person will help architect and deploy automation pipelines, client-facing AI solutions, and scalable infrastructure as Integration AI continues expanding nationwide.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and implement AI-driven automations for clients across multiple industries.
- Build, train, and deploy AI chat or call agents using industry-standard frameworks.
- Design AI-integrated websites, API workflows, and no-code/low-code automations.
- Collaborate directly with leadership on custom solutions, client strategy, and product development.
- Manage and optimize system performance to ensure reliability and ROI for clients.
- Document builds, workflows, and client deliverables.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience with machine learning, AI automation tools, and/or web development.
- Familiarity with platforms like OpenAI API, Zapier, Make, LangChain, Twilio, Retell, or Dialogflow is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to build fast and learn faster.
- Understanding of prompt engineering, LLM fine-tuning, or API integrations.
- Self-starter mentality with entrepreneurial drive — someone who wants to grow with the company.
- Based in or near Chicago, IL, for on-site collaboration and leadership development.
