JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate MEDICAL ASSISTANT, experienced in the advance wound care world to, join our team for an administration role. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing the wound care department, reviewing charts and working alongside our wound care Nurse Practitioner.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Monitor and document patient progress
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in wound care
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
