Join our local, home daily driving position with dedicated customer deliveries and consistent freight within a manageable 250-mile radius of Albany, NY (NO NYC routes). This role offers stability, predictable routes, and excellent earning potential—without long-haul time away.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver pre-loaded, palletized freight to customers
- Run local routes with multi-stop loads (typically 2 stops per trailer)
- Assist with unloading using a pallet jack (provided at each location)
- Drive automatic daycabs (slip-seat based on seniority)
Pay & Benefits:
- Average $110,000/year gross
- $94/day base salary (must work all 5 scheduled days)
- Additional $225–$400/day for local off-account work
- Steady, year-round freight
- Uniforms provided
Schedule & Expectations:
- Friday to Tuesday. Start between 11pm and 3am
- 5-day work with a 6 day on voluntary basis.
- Must have reliable personal transportation to and from work
- Work scheduled holidays if operations are running
- Strong customer service skills required
