What You’ll Be Doing
In this role, you’ll help support and improve the computer systems used by the company’s Supply Chain, Procurement, and Fleet teams.
That means you will:
- Help fix system issues and data problems
- Support employees who use purchasing and supply chain systems
- Test system updates before they go live
- Run reports and analyze data
- Help create simple guides and instructions for users
- Track issues from start to finish until they are resolved
- Work closely with different departments to improve processes
Systems & Tools You’ll Need Experience With
Required:
- Maximo Purchasing modules (Purchase Requisitions, Purchase Orders, Contracts)
- SQL or Cognos (running reports or writing queries)
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (especially Excel and reporting)
- Ariba and EDI experience
- ServiceNow
- Jira
- Supply Chain, Procurement, or Fleet industry experience
- Someone who can troubleshoot system and data issues
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working with different teams and leadership
- Clear communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Self-motivated but also a team player
- Detail-oriented and organized
Preferred by Manager:
- Bachelor’s degree 4 years of relevant experience OR
- Associate’s degree 6 years of relevant experience
