Integrated Talent Strategies (ITS) is seeking a 2nd or 3rd Shift Maintenance Technician to work in the Lansing, MI area. This is a direct hire position that offers a variety of great benefits, including health insurance, 401(k), and paid time off.

- Conduct machine set up, troubleshooting, repairs and preventative maintenance on equipment.
- Will be required to inspect machines for possible wear as well as purchasing and inventory of maintenance supplies and parts.
- Will perform a variety of multi trade functions, such as the installation, maintenance or repair of equipment, machinery, and facility; for the generation, distribution and utilization of electrical energy.
- PLC troubleshooting
- High voltage experience working up to 480V
- Perform any duties necessary to maintain machinery, equipment, systems or facilities in a state of good, safe working condition, including troubleshooting, repair, installation, remove and replacement, basic design, advanced fabrication, adjustment, rebuilding, welding.
- Requires extensive knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, electronics and electromechanical systems.
