Integrated Talent Strategies (ITS) is seeking a Senior Project Scheduler to work onsite in Jenks OK

Position Overview
The Project Scheduler will support Project Managers by coordinating project schedules, tracking progress, and ensuring milestones are met. This role requires someone who can independently develop, maintain, and analyze project schedules for complex utility or construction projects.
You will be responsible for building and maintaining detailed schedules using critical path methodology, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), and communicating schedule updates and risks to stakeholders including project teams, contractors, suppliers, and leadership.
This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable working with multiple teams to keep projects on track.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6
- Define activities, durations, sequencing, and milestone logic
- Ensure all project scope and deliverables are properly reflected in schedules
- Lead schedule review meetings and communicate updates to stakeholders
- Identify schedule risks and recommend corrective actions (including “what-if” schedule scenarios)
- Track metrics, KPIs, and provide regular status reporting
- Perform schedule and cost integration (SPI/CPI tracking when applicable)
- Mentor junior schedulers as needed
- Support schedule baselining, progress updates, and reporting standards
Education & Experience Requirements:
- Associate degree with 4 years of experience
- Bachelor’s degree with 2 years of experience
Experience Required:
- Scheduling experience in utilities or construction management
- Working knowledge of operations, planning, project management, or system maintenance
- Current or recent hands-on Primavera P6 experience
Additional Requirements
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including advanced spreadsheet skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Comfortable performing occasional site walkdowns and light physical duties
- Ability to work overtime or call-out hours if required
