- Build and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6.
- Develop project timelines, milestones, and schedule logic.
- Monitor progress and identify schedule risks or delays.
- Lead schedule review meetings and provide status updates.
- Support cost and schedule reporting (SPI/CPI).
- Train and mentor junior schedulers.
- Work with project managers, contractors, and field teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Bachelor's degree with 8 years of related experience, or Associate's degree with 10 years of related experience.
- 6 years of Primavera P6 scheduling experience (current or recent).
- Experience supporting utility, construction, engineering, transmission, or substation projects.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel.
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
