Job Title: Project Manager 1 – Efficiency Planning & EngineeringContract Term: 1/12/26 through 12/31/27, with option to renewTools/Systems Used: NEIS, Salesforce, SharePoint, Buildings Portal, TableauPay Rate: $49.69*Must be located on the East CoastPosition OverviewThe Efficiency Planning & Engineering Team of our clean energy client is seeking Project Management support for a range of activities, including energy studies, on-site energy manager engagements, stakeholder relationship management, technical review, and monthly and quarterly reporting. This role supports the deployment of technical programs and ensures effective coordination across internal and external stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesDay-to-day work will include, but not be limited to:Managing projects from initiation to completion, including scope, schedule, and budgets.Managing and developing relationships and increasing coordination with key stakeholders.Managing contractors and program support agreements.Resolving issues that may arise regarding assigned projects with applicants or consultants.Supporting the development and refinement of solicitations (PONs and RFPs).Making recommendations for improvements to organizational strategies and business processes.Supporting program reporting requirements.Performing other duties as assigned to support the key outcomes of the Efficiency Planning & Engineering Team.Required Experience & Competencies (Project Manager – 3–6 Years)Strong understanding of relevant technical principles and their application to program areas.Ability to identify and define deployment issues, problems, and needs in at least one technical area.Demonstrated expertise at a conceptual level in at least one program area, with a basic understanding of state energy and environmental economic development issues.Experience developing and managing projects with minimal direction, including initiating new projects or co-funding opportunities.Demonstrated ability to carry projects through competitive solicitation phases.Proven capability to implement projects in a timely manner and manage all aspects of ongoing work independently.Strong ability to prioritize workload and balance multiple responsibilities.Strategic thinking aligned with organizational goals.Experience leading working groups or program teams, guiding junior staff, and supervising interns as needed.Strong leadership and motivational skills with the confidence of peers and superiors.Proven ability to produce clear, concise written materials and effective verbal presentations.Ability to negotiate with contractors and interface effectively with customers and external partners.Experience preparing and presenting materials at professional meetings, seminars, or conferences.Required SkillsStrong project management skills, with the ability to multi-task, set priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Ability to manage scope, schedule, and budgets for project agreements and program support agreements.Experience supporting strategic market engagement and partnership development.Ability to facilitate and execute continuous improvement of program rules and business processes.Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—for external and customer-facing interactions.Self-starter capable of working independently and collaboratively.Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including:Pivot tablesGraphingAdvanced formulas and functionsAnalysis of complex data setsExcellent organizational skills.Integrated Staffing values a diverse, inclusive workforce and we provide equal employment opportunity for all applicants and employees.
