MRI Technologist – Contract Position
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Required Qualifications

Associate degree in Applied Science.

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association (AHA).

Experience operating Client MRI scanners.

Must meet one of the following:

Option 1: ARMRIT certification with at least 2 years of MRI Technologist experience.

Option 2: ARRT certification with at least 1 year of MRI Technologist experience.

Call Requirements

Call coverage is required, primarily on weekends, approximately one weekend every six weeks.

Occasional after-hours weekday coverage may be needed but is unlikely.
Department Overview

High-volume, fully established department.

Patient population includes both inpatient and outpatient cases.

Technologists will perform basic MRI scans; advanced scans are handled by specialized teams.

Teaching hospital environment with graduate students present daily. Travelers may occasionally be asked to accommodate student observation when direct-hire staff are unavailable.
