Job Description
Position: Contract Manager
Duration: 1 Year
Location: Painted post, NY
Direct client: Immediate interview
Job responsibilities:
Develop and deploy appropriately rigorous RFP/SOW/Contract strategy, processes and tools.
Structure and manage the contracting process.
Partner with VM Manager and other appropriate parties in IT, GSM and Legal to develop and deploy negotiating strategies that establish and reinforce productive provider relationships and ensure delivery of reliable, stable, scalable, cost effective, and secure information technology services
Partner with VM Manager and GSM in all external MSP and Strategic Supplier negotiations
Establish and maintain collaborative partnership with GSM and Legal to ensure timely and efficient functional support
Establish and maintain collaborative partnerships with EM, SLM, and IT operations to ensure effective translation of business and technology requirements into market-current RFPs and contracts
Establish and maintain collaborative partnership with CM to ensure RFP compliance with financial expectations and requirements
Manager Must Haves: Project Mgmt. skills, highly organized, people person who has experience writing RFP/SOW's.

4 Year degree required
