8-hour variable shifts (hours are 8:00 AM to 07:00 PM on weekdays, 09:00 AM to 05:30 PM on weekends)

Responsibilities:
- Provide counseling to patients on medication use and adherence.
- Convert medications to formulary alternatives as needed.
- Assist with new member onboarding processes.
- Conduct medication reconciliation reviews.
- Perform medication therapy management (MTM) work.
- Work closely with patients managing Diabetes, COPD, and Asthma.
Required Skills:
- Possession of a valid NV license, preferably with PGY1 residency.
- Experience in patient counseling and medication management.
- Proficiency in medication reconciliation and formulary conversion.
- Ability to manage and support patients with chronic diseases such as Diabetes, COPD, and Asthma.
