Contract Length: 26 weeks

Contract Type: Contract / Temp to Perm (If desired)

Floating: May be asked to float to 3 other locations. (All within 20 minutes of each other)

License: NV Pharmacist License

Shift: 8-hour variable shifts (hours are 8:00 AM to 07:00 PM on weekdays, 09:00 AM to 05:30 PM on weekends)

Experience Required: Experience in counseling, conversion to formulary, new member onboarding, medication reconciliation review, medication therapy management (MTM) work, working with Diabetes, COPD, Asthma patients.

RTO: December 25th and January 1st will be holidays where the facilities will be closed but no additional days off will be granted.

Salary : $75 - $82
