Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Job Description:
- Administrating requests for goods for an event
- Ordering, gathering and packing supplies requiring some Lifting and moving of boxes.
- Completion of paperwork, labels
- Tracking / chasing (we’ve had items stolen, damaged or delayed and need someone to stay on top of them)
- Receiving shipments and restocking
- Assisting EA with other projects as needed
