What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Tableau Developer/ETL Lead position at Integrated Resources, Inc ( IRI )?
We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Tableau Developer / ETL Lead for a long-term consulting opportunity supporting enterprise-level data integration, reporting, ETL and business intelligence initiatives.
This is a hybrid role requiring onsite presence 1 day per week or 2 days every 2 weeks.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain Tableau dashboards and enterprise reports
• Design and optimize ETL/ELT solutions using SSIS, SSRS and SQL Server
• Build complex SQL queries, stored procedures and TSQL scripts
• Support data migration, integration and legacy modernization initiatives
• Work across all SDLC phases including requirements, design, testing and deployment
• Optimize ETL pipelines and SQL performance
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, technical teams and stakeholders
Required Skills:
• 5 years of Tableau experience
• Strong SQL/TSQL expertise
• Experience with SSIS, SSRS and ETL development
• SQL Server performance tuning experience
• Data integration and data migration background
• Experience with FTP/SFTP processes
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Preferred:
• Talend
• Salesforce
• MuleSoft
Additional Requirements:
• Candidate must be able to come in the office 2 days every 2 weeks or 1 day per week
• Candidate must attend at least one in-person interview
• Candidates must be introduced in any virtual meetings by their vendors
• H1B candidates are welcome but must have approved I-140
• Hybrid schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
