Job Title: RN - Postpartum / Mother-Baby
Location: Denver, CO 80218
Duration: 13 Weeks (Possible Extension)
Shift: Night 12x3
Compensation:
Local: $60/hr (W2)
Travel: $2,308/week ($1,300 Stipend Included)
Job Summary: Provides specialized postpartum and mother-baby nursing care, supporting maternal recovery, newborn assessment, education, and family-centered care.
Responsibilities:
- Assess, monitor, and provide care to postpartum mothers and newborns throughout recovery and transition
- Administer medications, perform newborn assessments, and support patient education on infant and maternal care
- Collaborate with providers and interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe maternal and neonatal outcomes
Requirements:
- Licensure: RN State License - CO / Compact
- Certifications: BLS (AHA), ACLS, NRP & PALS
- Experience: 1 year maternal-newborn care in Post-Partum/Mother-Baby unit as RN
- Other: On-call or float within scope – as required
