We are looking for an energetic, reliable Sales Counselor to join our growing team in Kingwood.

Sales Counselor, Full Time

This position will be responsible for:

• Receiving and making telephone calls, answering inquiries, providing information, and scheduling appointments with prospective residents/families
• Completing and recording all traffic/guest card information on all prospects, sending thank you notes, and performing follow-up in a prompt and consistent manner.
• Touring the community and model residences
• Responsible for resident lease file set-up for the Executive Director’s approval.
• Maintaining awareness of local market conditions and trends, and completing and reviewing market survey information.
  
  
  

Position Requirements:

• Must possess the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management, employees and outside contacts.
• Minimum of a high school graduate, with an aptitude for management, basic office administration and mathematics
• Senior living sales experience is required
• At least two years of a successful sales track record
• Experience in memory care preferred.
• Experience with a leads management system (TAA and Onesite software experience preferred)
• Excellent communication skills, including verbal, written and interpersonal skills are required.
