We are looking for an energetic, reliable Sales Counselor to join our growing team in Frisco.
Sales Counselor, Full Time
This position will be responsible for:
- Receiving and making telephone calls, answering inquiries, providing information, and scheduling appointments with prospective residents/families
- Completing and recording all traffic/guest card information on all prospects, sending thank you notes, and performing follow-up in a prompt and consistent manner.
- Touring the community and model residences
- Responsible for resident lease file set-up for the Executive Director’s approval.
- Maintaining awareness of local market conditions and trends, and completing and reviewing market survey information.
- Must possess the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management, employees and outside contacts.
- Minimum of a high school graduate, with an aptitude for management, basic office administration and mathematics
- Senior living sales experience is required
- At least two years of a successful sales track record
- Experience in memory care preferred.
- Experience with a leads management system (TAA and Onesite software experience preferred)
- Excellent communication skills, including verbal, written and interpersonal skills are required.
