Physical Therapist – Ortho & Outpatient – Seaside, OR
Compensation
- Base salary: $96,283 – $149,448 (DOE)
- Sign-on bonus: $15,000 (for eligible external hires and eligible rehires)
- Potential for shift differentials, standby/on-call pay, premiums, and extra shift incentives

About the role: As a Physical Therapist at Seaside Hospital, you will:
- Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic and neurological conditions in an outpatient and/or hospital-based setting
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to maximize functional independence
- Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and other rehab professionals in a patient-centered, team-based environment
- Serve a diverse patient population in a 25-bed critical access hospital offering primary/specialty care, surgery, and 24/7 emergency services

Required qualifications
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program
- Current Oregon Physical Therapist License (or ability to obtain prior to start)
- BLS (AHA) within 30 days of hire

- 1–2 years of experience (new grads with strong clinical rotations encouraged to apply)
- Experience in ortho, neuro, or outpatient settings
