What are the responsibilities and job description for the Procedure Scheduling Coordinator position at Integrated Pain Management Medical Group, Inc.?
What you will do:
- Communicate with patients for scheduling and scheduling needs
- Will coordinate to gain approval for transportation, interpreter, and lodging accommodations
- Navigate and maintain scheduler within the EMR
- Enter data and information in the desired database locations
- Communicate with IPM staff to ensure patients are being treated
- Maintain confidentiality regarding patients’ personal information
- Maintain positive relationships with patients and peers
- Become familiar with the California Worker’s Comp Labor Code
- Completion of the required tasks within the desired deadline
- Bilingual in Spanish preferred
- Ability to multitask
- Ability to follow directives
- Excellent customer service
- Professional demeanor and appearance
- Efficient with time management
- Experience with coordinating between different departments
Qualifications:
- Customer Service: manages difficult or emotional patient situations
- Highschool Diploma or GED
- Previous experience with EMR/HER systems desirable
- Problem Solving; identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner, gathers and analyzes information skillfully; develop alternative solutions
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
Compensation Range:
$21.00 to $23.00 Hourly
All compensation ranges are posted based on internal equity, job requirements, experience, and geographical locations.
