We need you to have:
- MD/DO from an accredited educational institution
- ACGME Fellowship trained in Interventional Pain Management
- ABMS Board certification/eligibility in Pain Management (must obtain board certification within 1 year of employment)
- Unrestricted license to practice medicine in the State of Texas (or eligible for application)
- Favorable malpractice history
- Basic Life Support/Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification
- DEA license
- BC/BE (Required)
